Privacy notice

1. Scope

This notice covers the revisetouch.com website and its forms. How our products (Deste, Scour, Snipdeck) handle your data is described in each product’s documentation; see section 6.

2. Responsible party and contact

ReviseTouch is responsible for personal data on this site. For any question or request: [email protected].

3. When you visit the site

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information and keeps request logs for security and operation. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy also applies to this processing.

Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to see which pages are visited and how often. It produces aggregate figures such as page views, referrer, browser and device type, and country. According to Cloudflare, it uses no cookies or browser storage and does not fingerprint visitors.

Stored in your browser. Only your theme preference (light or dark), in your browser’s local storage. It is never sent to us. The site sets no cookies.

4. Newsletter and announcement forms

The newsletter form on the home page and the “Notify me” form on the pages of unreleased products work the same way.

What is stored

Your email address, the fact that you ticked the consent box, the page or product the form was on, the time of signup, your IP address and the identifier your browser sends (User-Agent).

Purpose

To email you when a product launches or a major version is released. The IP address and browser information are kept to detect automated or abusive use of the form.

Legal basis

The explicit consent you give when submitting the form. Nothing is stored unless the consent box is ticked.

Where it is stored

A database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare may process the data on servers outside Türkiye.

Sharing

Not shared with anyone other than our infrastructure provider Cloudflare; never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

For as long as you stay subscribed. To unsubscribe or have your record deleted, just write to [email protected].

5. Your rights

Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to those it was transferred to; to object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. 6. Product privacy notes

• Deste — Privacy Documents are processed in your browser and never sent to a server.
• Snipdeck — Privacy and security Capture and text recognition run on the device; the two features that use the network (image upload and translation) are opt-in.
• Scour No account, cloud or network requests; the index stays on your computer.

7. Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
